TECHNOLOGY  PROFESSIONAL  REFERRALS

Direct Hire Referrals:  ($1000)
For each technology professional placed directly in a full-time position, you will be eligible for a $1000 cash reward. In order to qualify for the cash reward, the candidate must complete client's guarantee period. The reward is paid immediately after guarantee period has been completed. See referral process below.

Contract/Temporary Referrals: (10% of net profit for 'entire' length of contract)
For each technology professional placed in a contract/temporary position, you will be eligible for a reward equal to 10% of TechTalent's net profit for as long as the referred technologist is on Contract. Rewards are paid out every 6 months. If assignment ends earlier then 6 months, payment will be paid within 30 days of last day worked by candidate. If technologist converts from contractor to a full time employee with current client, TechTalent does not pay a direct hire referral reward. See referral process below.

How to make candidate referrals to TechTalent:
Simply provide TechTalent with current technologist contact information. If candidate is not already part of TechTalent's database, or if TechTalent does not possess current contact information, your referral is valid and eligible for the Biz-Net referral rewards program.

• Feel free to make unlimited referrals at any time as TechTalent does not require that there be an active position at time of referral. For example, you may know somebody that is recently out of work, currently employed but actively looking for a new opportunity, or simply stellar at what they do and you feel that TechTalent should be connected with them.
  
  Referral Report Request:
  To request a report of all the referrals you've made to TechTalent, click here and be sure to include your First and Last name in the subject line. TechTalent will provide you with a comprehensive list of all your referrals to date. It's that easy!

NOTE: Openings listed on the 'Career Opportunities' page with a  √  are not eligible.
