Position Description and Responsibilities:

Report to/work with CIO in a hands-on capacity building/managing a
business intelligence team

Develop strategic and tactical plans
-
Coordinate BI team that
develops, enhances, tests and maintains all data reporting
-
Become the main point of contact for all "internal" as well as external
interactions with vendors and partners in the area of data delivery

Provide management reporting
-
Manage development and operations of the operational data
store
Technical Skills/Requirements:
-
5+ years of software development experience with a focus on data
reporting and data warehousing
-
SQL
-
SQL Reporting Services
-
C#
-
Understanding of the intelligence development lifecycle, including data
modeling, dimensional and relational modeling, requirements analysis,
ETL, and report creation and delivery
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
-
Healthcare industry background and knowledge a plus.
